I enjoy collaborating and leading design teams to achieve great results together. I believe that creating a safe environment within design teams is crucial for fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. I hire, mentor, and develop designers, inspiring them to grow their skills and deliver their best work.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked across various business domains: FinTech, Classifieds, Travel, Corporate SaaS Platforms, and Digital Media.
Currently, I’m an Art Director at Alfa Bank (the largest private bank in Russia). I lead an Emotional Design Team that focuses on creating end-to-end emotional experiences to leverage business growth and engage users.
Previously, I was a Principal Product Designer at Yandex (top Russian tech company), where we building the best automotive classified.
